46th Show

Our show had a special guest, Tim Sandefur of the Pacific Legal Foundation.  We covered their work, both as lead and as support, in challenging the constitutionality of the ACA (Obamacare).  A big part was focused on the Advisory Commissions and how they are essentially extra-constitutional.
